Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading a training team and managing end-to-end training processes.
- Proven experience preparing effective training content and modules.
- Proficiency with LMS tools and creating audio-visual training content.
- Strong knowledge of various training methodologies and instructional design.
- Proficient in using MS Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical ability to assess business impact, including capacity planning, P&L, budgets, and ROI.
- Experience in the US Mortgage industry, SaaS companies, or loan processing is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end training lifecycle from planning and design to deployment.
- Design effective content and instructional frameworks to support business requirements.
- Drive training effectiveness by measuring outcomes and conducting performance counseling sessions.
- Partner with Capacity Planning, Operations, and Quality Management to ensure operational excellence.
- Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate training programs for downstream business impact.
- Communicate training feedback, results, and strategy to senior leadership and stakeholders.
