Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading a training team and managing end-to-end training processes.
  • Proven experience preparing effective training content and modules.
  • Proficiency with LMS tools and creating audio-visual training content.
  • Strong knowledge of various training methodologies and instructional design.
  • Proficient in using MS Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical ability to assess business impact, including capacity planning, P&L, budgets, and ROI.
  • Experience in the US Mortgage industry, SaaS companies, or loan processing is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end training lifecycle from planning and design to deployment.
  • Design effective content and instructional frameworks to support business requirements.
  • Drive training effectiveness by measuring outcomes and conducting performance counseling sessions.
  • Partner with Capacity Planning, Operations, and Quality Management to ensure operational excellence.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies and objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs for downstream business impact.
  • Communicate training feedback, results, and strategy to senior leadership and stakeholders.
