Requirements
- Multi-year experience in one or more programming languages such as Rust, Java, or Go.
- Strong understanding of system automation and IT security best practices.
- Practical experience with MySQL/Percona, TiDB, Kubernetes, MinIO, or Elasticsearch.
- Experience with NGINX, HAProxy, Redis, or Clickhouse is beneficial.
- Fluent German and good English language skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Passion for and experience contributing to open-source technologies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex system architecture comprising approximately 70 servers.
- Automate and optimize existing infrastructure using technologies like Ubuntu, Kubernetes, and NGINX.
- Develop and improve monitoring strategies to ensure system stability.
- Conduct comprehensive error analysis to prevent recurring technical issues.
- Provide on-call support for critical system availability as needed.
