Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • At least 2 years in enterprise/corporate accounts, preferably in life sciences.
  • Experience selling to mid-level managers, VPs, SVPs, and C-level executives.
  • Proven ability to close complex deals within larger organizations.
  • Fluent in English; fluency in German and/or French strongly preferred.
  • Strong inner drive to achieve and exceed quotas.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Highly coachable with a growth mindset.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experienced with sales tools like Outreach, Zoom, Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Teams, and Zoominfo.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by acquiring new clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Conduct discovery and demo calls to qualify and present SaaS solutions.
  • Utilize Solution Selling techniques to propose tailored solutions to client needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and deliver compelling client proposals and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and customer success teams.
