Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- At least 2 years in enterprise/corporate accounts, preferably in life sciences.
- Experience selling to mid-level managers, VPs, SVPs, and C-level executives.
- Proven ability to close complex deals within larger organizations.
- Fluent in English; fluency in German and/or French strongly preferred.
- Strong inner drive to achieve and exceed quotas.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively.
- Highly coachable with a growth mindset.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experienced with sales tools like Outreach, Zoom, Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Teams, and Zoominfo.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by acquiring new clients.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Conduct discovery and demo calls to qualify and present SaaS solutions.
- Utilize Solution Selling techniques to propose tailored solutions to client needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop and deliver compelling client proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and customer success teams.
