Requirements
- 8+ years building scalable, user-facing software.
- 4+ years of deep experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
- Strong architectural thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in large, evolving codebases.
- Proficiency with REST APIs, JSX, and modern HTML/CSS.
- Automated testing experience using Jest and React Testing Library.
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles, domain modeling, and design patterns.
- Clear, professional written communication for an async-first environment.
- Ability to work during EST time zones.
- Reliable internet connection (min 30Mbps download).
Responsibilities
- Evolve high-performance, responsive Progressive Web Apps with offline-first capabilities.
- Design and maintain scalable front-end architecture and abstractions within large codebases.
- Own features end-to-end, including design reviews, implementation, testing, CI/CD, and monitoring.
- Mentor junior engineers and advocate for disciplined engineering practices like clean code and strong testing.
- Embrace AI-assisted development (e.g., Claude, Codex) to increase throughput and code quality.
- Navigate complex state management and performance-sensitive rendering requirements.
