- Agency experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Zen Media’s marketing and operational strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Oversee execution of B2B marketing campaigns across PR, digital, content, and paid media channels.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure excellence in delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and refine operational processes, workflows, and reporting structures to drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership to set KPIs and performance goals for both marketing and operations.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to executive leadership and clients.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of client campaigns, projects, and initiatives.
- Partner with sales and account teams to support client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
