Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery within data and AI.
- Programming proficiency in Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems.
- Ability to attribute business value and outcomes to specific project deliverables.
- Experience in technical program/project management, including stakeholder and resource management.
- Proven track record of resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives.
- Experience conducting discovery workshops and managing delivery of complex programs.
- Track record of overachievement against quotas or objective targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead the post-technical win technical account strategy and execution plan for Databricks use cases within strategic accounts.
- Serve as the accountable technical leader assigned to specific use cases, driving onboarding, enablement, and healthy consumption.
- Act as the primary contact for technical issues related to production and go-live status.
- Leverage shared services and expert technical resources to build and execute project tasks.
- Create and own the point-of-view for accelerating key use cases into production, coordinating with Professional Services.
- Develop execution plans covering user growth, product adoption, cost control, and operational governance.
- Provide KPI reporting and status updates on usage, customer health, and risks to leadership.
