Requirements
- Solid experience in Information Security with direct interface with business, product, or software engineering areas.
- Practical knowledge of risk management, security policies, and security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
- Familiarity with software development cycles and agile methodologies.
- Strong communication and influence skills to drive security without hierarchical authority.
- Strategic business orientation focusing on sustainable and secure growth.
- Relationship management skills to build trust as a partner rather than an auditor.
- Systemic vision to identify and connect security risk patterns across different areas.
- Experience in technology companies or fintechs is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Act as a dedicated point of contact for Information Security for Product and Engineering squads.
- Participate actively in product rituals, planning, and reviews as a key contributor.
- Translate security requirements into context that makes sense for developers, PMs, and product leaders.
- Identify, evaluate, and communicate security risks to non-technical stakeholders.
- Build and track risk treatment plans prioritized by business impact.
- Facilitate access management between squads and the IAM team to eliminate friction.
- Support security by design, threat modeling, and architecture reviews during development cycles.
- Promote continuous and contextualized security awareness for business teams.
