At least 2 years of hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered systems in production.
Excellent Python skills: OOP, performance-oriented design, profiling, optimization, and writing production-grade code.
Hands-on experience with LLM/agent frameworks and SDKs: OpenAI, Google GenAI, Agents SDK, Google ADK, LangChain, etc.
Hands-on experience with the Hugging Face ecosystem: Transformers, Diffusers, Accelerator, PEFT etc.
Familiarity with diffusion and autoregressive architectures and their behavior in real-world production environments.
Solid understanding of prompt engineering and how to systematically improve prompt performance.
Experience building node-based or workflow-driven AI pipelines (ComfyUI, n8n, fal, etc.).
Familiarity with serverless architectures for AI inference workloads.
Familiarity with Firebase + GCP ecosystems: Firestore, Cloud Functions, and cloud-native production workflows.
Strong backend fundamentals: API design, system architecture patterns, database design, scalability, reliability, and edge-case handling.
Strong command of English at B2 level or higher, in both written and verbal communication.

Design, build, and ship AI-powered systems that run reliably in real-world production environments.
Develop and optimize LLM and diffusion-based features, owning the lifecycle from prototype to scalable deployment.
Engineer structured prompt systems and evaluation workflows to systematically improve output quality.
Collaborate with backend and product teams.
Take full ownership of features, from experimentation and iteration to debugging, scaling, and long-term maintenance.
