- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or restaurant technology.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Proven consultative selling skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Experience with revenue forecasting and pipeline management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented.
- Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings or conferences.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage high-potential businesses through targeted research and strategic networking.
- Develop a strong understanding of operational challenges for Mid-Market businesses.
- Deliver value-based product demonstrations addressing prospect pain points.
- Communicate complex topics like APIs and POS integrations to business owners.
- Manage objections and guide prospects through the decision-making process to deal closure.
- Partner with onboarding and account management teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate revenue forecasting.
