Requirements
- 1+ year of related web development experience or a completed coding bootcamp.
- Solid understanding of CSS3 and HTML5 including Flexbox, Grid, and responsive design.
- Basic experience with JavaScript for simple edits.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage technical accuracy.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced agency environment.
- Familiarity with Bootstrap or similar front-end frameworks (bonus).
- Experience with WordPress or other Content Management Systems (bonus).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles (bonus).
- Basic understanding of the automotive dealership industry (bonus).
- Experience working with remote teams in an agency setting (bonus).
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee client websites ensuring technical accuracy and performance optimization.
- Upload and format content using HTML5 and CSS3 in accordance with brand and SEO standards.
- Update website navigation, internal links, and metadata to support user experience and search performance.
- Diagnose and resolve 301 redirect and 404 errors.
- Support SEO and Content teams with website maintenance and technical task execution.
- Utilize Content Management Systems to implement updates efficiently.
- Collaborate across a fully remote team to communicate feedback and maintain quality standards.
