- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in a primary care or virtual primary care setting
Requirements
- Completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine
- Active state medical license in either CA, NY, or DC
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in a primary care or virtual primary care setting
- Minimum of 25 state licenses and willingness to obtain and maintain additional licenses
- Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
Responsibilities
- Treat patients via telehealth visits, including video visit appointments, and message-based care
- Manage patients with a broad array of patient needs virtually, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Adopt standard work and clinical protocols for evidence-based clinical care
- Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Collaborate with teammates and leadership via daily huddles
- Provide collaborative oversight of 4-8 NP or PA colleagues
