Requirements

  • Deep, native understanding of the major social networks.
  • Familiarity with paid media strategy and social commerce trends.
  • Proven ability to translate creative performance data into data-informed briefs and creative tests.
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with experience building and defending pitch decks to senior stakeholders.
  • Genuine fluency across all major creator platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive, creator-led campaign concepts that drive cultural impact, brand storytelling, and measurable engagement across platforms.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social spaces, with a clear point of view on which formats and creators work best for each brand and objective.
  • Monitor pop culture, algorithm mechanics, and trending subcultures, translating those signals into actionable briefs for internal and external creative teams.
  • Track performance metrics, derive insights from past campaigns, and continuously optimize strategy to drive strong ROI and conversion rates.
  • Partner with Growth Directors, creative strategists, designers, and editors to keep campaigns aligned from concept through completion.
