Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent operational leadership experience.
- 5+ years of operational leadership experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or human services.
- Experience managing distributed teams and driving performance in fast-paced environments.
- Proven experience managing complex operations, workflows, and KPIs.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to maintain operational stability while navigating shifting priorities.
- Commitment to ethical standards and team development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 10–12 operations professionals through workforce planning, coaching, and performance management.
- Oversee operational execution including reporting, escalations, issue resolution, and performance monitoring against KPIs.
- Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with leadership.
- Manage implementation of new programs, workflows, and operational enhancements.
- Conduct talent management activities including hiring, evaluations, and professional development.
- Oversee audits, compliance requirements, and regulatory readiness activities.
- Execute cross-functional projects from planning through delivery.
- Coordinate stakeholder communication across concurrent initiatives.
