Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of HR experience, ideally within healthcare, hospital systems, or consulting environments.
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are preferred.
- Strong experience advising leaders on HR initiatives including compensation, workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Proven ability to manage complex consulting projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using HRIS systems and workforce analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging with senior leadership.
- Understanding of employee benefits administration, vendor management, and HR compliance frameworks.
- Healthcare consulting experience is highly desirable.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to support client needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR consulting engagements focused on workforce optimization, cost containment, and operational efficiency within healthcare organizations.
- Analyze HR spend, vendor contracts, and workforce processes to identify savings opportunities through consolidation, renegotiation, and performance improvements.
- Manage and renegotiate HR-related vendor agreements, including benefits, recruiting, learning and development, and outsourced services.
- Partner with HR executives and leadership teams to design and implement strategic workforce and cost optimization initiatives.
- Deliver insights, presentations, and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and expectations.
- Provide subject matter expertise across HR domains such as employee relations, compensation, talent management, compliance, and workforce planning.
- Support development of HR programs, tools, and methodologies that improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and drive measurable outcomes.
- Contribute to the creation of intellectual capital, frameworks, and best practices to enhance consulting offerings.
