- Comfort working in distributed, remote-first environments across multiple time zones.
- Ability to build scalable yet flexible HR systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall HR strategy and function, ensuring alignment between people initiatives and organizational growth.
- Develop and own a multi-year HR roadmap covering talent, performance, compensation, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Partner with executive leadership to translate business priorities into actionable people strategies and measurable outcomes.
- Scale the HR function by designing processes, tools, and policies that support organizational growth.
- Oversee HR operations, compliance, employee data management, and policy governance.
- Drive performance management frameworks, including goal setting, feedback processes, and career development.
- Lead compensation and benefits strategy to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Manage and develop the HR team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
