Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall HR strategy and function, ensuring alignment between people initiatives and organizational growth.
  • Develop and own a multi-year HR roadmap covering talent, performance, compensation, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Partner with executive leadership to translate business priorities into actionable people strategies and measurable outcomes.
  • Scale the HR function by designing processes, tools, and policies that support organizational growth.
  • Oversee HR operations, compliance, employee data management, and policy governance.
  • Drive performance management frameworks, including goal setting, feedback processes, and career development.
  • Lead compensation and benefits strategy to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Manage and develop the HR team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
