Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, IT project coordination, or technical operations.
- 3+ years of experience in analytics or BI roles, including exposure to leadership, ownership, or project management responsibilities.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau (preferably Tableau Online).
- Solid understanding of data architecture, system integration, and reporting automation principles.
- Experience designing dashboards, building data models, and optimizing analytics workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and accessible way.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, particularly in finance or business operations environments.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Leadership experience managing or mentoring teams is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the enterprise data and analytics function, ensuring delivery of scalable reporting, dashboards, and insights across the organization.
- Own the architecture, optimization, and continuous improvement of BI platforms, including Tableau-based reporting environments.
- Manage data projects end-to-end, prioritizing initiatives aligned with business objectives and organizational priorities.
- Design and enhance data pipelines, workflows, and automation processes to improve reporting accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for data systems, supporting troubleshooting and resolution of data pipeline or integration issues.
- Partner with business and finance stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable analytics solutions and insights.
- Develop and maintain documentation, reporting standards, and data governance practices to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data professionals, supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance, and career growth.
- Promote data literacy and a culture of data-driven decision-making across all departments.
- Ensure high standards of data quality, integrity, privacy, and governance across all analytics initiatives.
