Requirements
- Proven experience in SAP data migration projects within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA data structures and migration approaches.
- Hands-on experience with SAP BODS / SAP Data Services for ETL development.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and Python for data processing, validation, and automation.
- Strong understanding of ETL concepts, data validation methodologies, and data lifecycle management.
- Experience working with master data objects and data governance principles.
- Advanced English proficiency for working in international and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end data migration activities in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SAP BODS / SAP Data Services.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, loading, and validation activities across multiple business objects.
- Support data quality and cleansing initiatives to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Conduct post-load reconciliation, consistency checks, and issue resolution.
- Participate in testing phases including integration testing, UAT, mock cutovers, and go-live execution.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
- Automate migration routines and contribute to continuous improvement of migration frameworks.
