Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT operations, software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure layers including network, application servers, and databases.
- Experience working with enterprise environments and data center operations (on-premise and/or outsourced).
- Familiarity with security concepts such as encryption, identity management, virtual patching, and cloud security.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot security products following standardized deployment plans and architectural guidance.
- Collaborate with client IT teams to integrate security solutions with SIEM platforms and enterprise systems.
- Ensure post-implementation support, including monitoring, reporting, policy maintenance, and security patch management.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and regular client-facing status reports.
- Manage support cases, ensure SLA compliance, and coordinate issue resolution with senior technical teams.
- Support project execution by working with project managers and architects during onboarding and deployment phases.
- Continuously monitor environments and provide feedback to improve product implementation processes.
