Job Details

5+ years of experience in integration engineering, middleware development, or enterprise automation roles.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience working extensively with Workato in production environments.
Strong expertise in integrating CRM/ERP systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, webhooks, and OAuth 2.0 authentication.
Proficiency in SQL and basic scripting (Python, JavaScript, or Ruby) for data transformation and automation logic.
Experience managing full integration lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment, and support).
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with experience handling high-volume and complex data pipelines.
Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Celigo is a plus.

Design, build, and maintain advanced Workato recipes using conditional logic, lookup tables, error handling, and multi-step workflows.
Develop and manage custom connectors using HTTP/SDK to integrate legacy and proprietary systems.
Implement event-driven, webhook-based, and scheduled integrations optimized for high-volume and real-time data processing.
Build and maintain bidirectional data flows across HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite, and other enterprise platforms.
Automate key business processes such as lead-to-cash, opportunity-to-order, and master data synchronization.
Diagnose and resolve integration failures, including API issues, payload errors, and system latency challenges.
Implement robust monitoring, retry mechanisms, and alerting frameworks to ensure system reliability and uptime.
Maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, mapping specifications, and operational runbooks.
