Job Details

7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement with ownership of G&A and Software/SaaS categories
Proven experience negotiating complex software agreements, including SaaS licensing, renewals, and enterprise contracts
Strong track record of running full-cycle RFx sourcing events and delivering measurable cost savings
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Strong analytical capabilities including spend analysis, supplier evaluation, and market benchmarking
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with multiple competing priorities
Experience with procurement tools such as Coupa, Ariba, Zip, or similar platforms preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field preferred
CPSM or CIPS certification is a plus

Lead strategic sourcing and category management across G&A and Software/SaaS spend, including professional services, HR, finance, legal, marketing, and IT solutions
Manage end-to-end sourcing events such as RFPs, RFQs, and reverse auctions from requirements gathering through award and contract execution
Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and enterprise software contracts to achieve cost savings and optimized value
Develop and implement category strategies based on spend analysis, supplier market intelligence, and risk assessment
Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, IT, and business units
Manage supplier performance, track KPIs, and ensure ongoing vendor accountability and risk mitigation
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency, scalability, and governance
