Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in beverage sales, preferably within adult beverage or regulated cannabis-related industries
- Proven success managing distributors, key accounts, and retail relationships in a regulated market
- Strong existing network within wholesalers and retail channels in the Florida market
- Deep understanding of compliance frameworks related to THC or regulated beverage products
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into action
- Willingness to travel frequently across the Florida region
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a state-level sales strategy aimed at achieving and exceeding revenue and distribution targets across Florida, while ensuring strong market penetration and sustainable growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, dispensaries, and retail partners, strengthening long-term commercial partnerships grounded in trust and performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive regional expansion efforts to increase brand presence and product availability across key channels.
- Manage and support a regional sales team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance through coaching and clear objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute trade marketing initiatives, in-store promotions, and brand activation strategies that drive consumer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations while educating partners on product benefits and evolving industry standards.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and account performance to generate insights and inform strategic decision-making.
