Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, software implementation, or client delivery roles
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and deployment methodologies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with enterprise software such as CRM, ERP, or similar platforms
  • Strong technical coordination skills across configuration, integration, and data migration activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field preferred
  • PMP or Agile certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle software implementation projects, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and delivery milestones
  • Serve as the primary client contact during implementation, managing communication, expectations, and issue resolution
  • Oversee system configuration, integrations, data migration, and technical deployment activities
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, consultants, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution
  • Manage testing phases to validate functionality, performance, and system integration quality
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to support end-user adoption and onboarding success
  • Produce detailed project documentation, progress reports, and post-implementation performance summaries
