Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related client-facing financial role
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing capacity with strong relationship management skills
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial, investment, and tax-related data
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on client service and relationship building
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort working with financial systems, reporting tools, and CRM platforms
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior advisors while maintaining ownership of assigned responsibilities
  • Strong sense of accountability, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive client information

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary support contact for the Senior Wealth Manager’s client base, managing inquiries, follow-ups, and ongoing relationship needs
  • Prepare client-facing materials, presentations, and reports for both prospective and existing client meetings, including financial and investment analyses
  • Coordinate investment execution, including portfolio allocations, rebalancing activities, and trade implementation as directed
  • Monitor and manage client cash positions to ensure proper funding for investment and operational needs
  • Execute and reconcile trades while ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm policies and procedures
  • Maintain a deep understanding of investment strategies, allocation frameworks, and compliance requirements
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings and engagements for the Senior Wealth Manager
  • Document client interactions, track tasks, and maintain accurate records within the firm’s CRM and reporting systems
