Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual sales meetings with prospective clients to understand needs and present tailored solutions.
- Manage a structured sales pipeline, including follow-ups, tracking, and conversion optimization.
- Meet and exceed individual performance targets and key sales metrics.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication and consultative selling.
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members as performance progresses.
- Assist in internal training sessions and contribute to improving sales processes and best practices.
- Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as part of a structured development track.
