Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design with Digital focus, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, including wireframing, prototyping, and user experience methodologies.
- Strong background in requirements gathering, business analysis, and process mapping.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with process modeling techniques, including BPMN, flowcharts, or equivalent frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- Experience working with SharePoint environments.
- Ability to produce clear and comprehensive functional documentation, user stories, and use cases.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Portfolio showcasing prototypes, applications, automations, and business solutions delivered.
Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Analyze and document current processes (AS-IS) while proposing optimized future-state solutions (TO-BE).
- Design user-centered digital experiences through wireframes, prototypes, navigation flows, and UX/UI best practices.
- Translate business requirements into functional solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
- Create and maintain functional specifications, business rules, user stories, and process documentation.
- Design solutions leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and manage solution backlogs.
- Act as a liaison between business users and development teams, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation activities to ensure successful solution delivery.
