Requirements
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Agency experience strongly preferred.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator is required).
- Strong experience with Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Strong experience with Figma and PowerPoint.
- Experience designing email marketing campaigns.
- Experience working within email platforms such as Mailchimp, Acoustic, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Marketo.
- Working knowledge of HTML for email template customization.
- Advanced English communication skills (C1+).
- Strong portfolio showcasing marketing, branding, advertising, and presentation design work.
Responsibilities
- Design high-performing paid advertising creatives across digital platforms.
- Create marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, booklets, and branded assets.
- Build and manage email campaigns within platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Marketo, including HTML template customization.
- Develop client-facing and internal presentations using PowerPoint.
- Design large-format graphics for events, LED displays, and signage.
- Utilize Figma to support website and UX/UI design projects.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaign launches and creative initiatives.
