Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical program or project management, delivering large-scale, cross-functional technology or AI-driven initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, architectures, and emerging industry trends.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Glean, or similar technologies.
- Proven experience in go-to-market execution, product launch support, or enterprise enablement programs.
- Demonstrated ability to design or operate AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks.
- Strong background in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Experience driving organizational change management and large-scale adoption initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for executive audiences.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across multiple organizational layers.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving, and highly complex environments.
- Certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, or cybersecurity credentials are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end delivery of complex AI transformation programs, ensuring clear requirements, structured execution plans, and successful delivery against business objectives.
- Build and manage detailed program roadmaps, including milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, and timelines across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Act as a key connector across Engineering, Product, IT, Compliance, Finance, and GTM teams to align execution and ensure cross-functional cohesion.
- Lead working sessions, program reviews, and executive updates with strong technical and strategic clarity.
- Define and implement AI governance frameworks, ensuring responsible AI use, compliance alignment, and risk mitigation across programs.
- Identify and deliver AI-driven productivity and automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and reduce friction across workflows.
- Partner with GTM teams to support AI product launches, enablement strategies, and customer-facing rollout readiness.
- Establish communication structures, documentation standards, and dashboards to ensure transparency and visibility into program health.
- Drive organizational change management efforts to support adoption of AI tools, systems, and processes at scale.
- Track performance metrics, ROI, and adoption indicators to evaluate program success and impact.
