Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of delivering enterprise-scale web applications.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams, managing deliverables, and mentoring peers.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript and backend frameworks such as NestJS and Express.
- Strong architectural knowledge of at least one modern frontend framework (Angular, React, or Svelte).
- Hands-on experience architecting and implementing robust i18n frameworks.
- Experience with dependency injection patterns (e.g., tsyringe).
- Experience designing cloud-based infrastructure for distributed applications.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Proficiency in English (Resume submission in English required).
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, conducting code reviews and establishing best practices.
- Define and enforce technical standards, coding guidelines, and architectural patterns.
- Architect and scale Digital Menu Board features for global enterprise clients.
- Own and execute the internationalization (i18n) strategy for the platform.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Product Management, and executive leadership to align technical roadmaps.
- Support cloud infrastructure deployments and platform scalability initiatives.
- Travel occasionally to interface with clients and participate in strategic alignment meetings.
- Identify and remediate architectural bottlenecks to improve system performance and security.
