Requirements
- Familiarity with Autodesk, AutoCAD, and Revit is essential.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Prior experience working on projects in the US, specifically California, is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with international teams and clients.
- Understanding of slope analysis, cut and fill calculations, and retaining walls.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing site plans, grading plans, drainage plans, and improvement plans.
- Support soil investigations, compile soil reports, and coordinate testing activities.
- Work with survey teams to collect and verify field data and integrate survey results into design documents.
- Perform calculations for grading, earthwork, stormwater drainage systems, and erosion control measures.
- Contribute to Best Management Practices (BMPs) for stormwater pollution prevention and compliance with NPDES, CGP, and local SUSMP requirements.
- Prepare draft engineering drawings, exhibits, and technical documentation under supervision.
- Assist with plan submittals, respond to agency comments, and support approvals.
