Requirements
- 4–7 years in private equity, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate development at a PE-backed company.
- Demonstrated experience with complex transaction modeling and financial diligence.
- Advanced Excel modeling: three-statement, LBO, accretion/dilution, sources & uses.
- Direct experience in a B2B SaaS or recurring-revenue business.
- Strong grasp of GAAP, adjusted EBITDA methodology, and quality-of-earnings concepts.
- Excellent written communication skills for executive-ready materials.
- Ability to work overlapping US Eastern hours during active deal phases.
- Prior experience supporting US-based sponsors preferred.
- Experience with lender and covenant reporting preferred.
- CFA qualification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute M&A workstreams while managing recurring FP&A deliverables.
- Build and own valuation, LBO, and pro forma transaction models.
- Manage financial diligence, EBITDA normalization, and working capital analysis.
- Track post-transaction integration performance against plans.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting for lenders, including covenant compliance.
- Contribute to monthly financial reporting and cash forecasting.
- Partner with leadership on long-range planning and organic growth evaluation.
