Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Databricks (Python, PySpark, Delta Lake).
  • Experience with Azure Services including Azure SQL and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
  • Strong SQL and data troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub.
  • Proficiency with Jira for incident and backlog tracking.
  • Experience with Confluence for documentation and knowledge management.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Databricks Certified Associate or Professional certification preferred.
  • Experience with PowerShell and Bash scripting.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-quality fixes and timely resolution of incidents within defined SLAs.
  • Provide support during major P1/P2 incidents to ensure service restoration.
  • Support deployments across environments and validate post-release stability.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and drive permanent fixes.
  • Maintain runbooks, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams for technical issue resolution.
  • Handle service requests and enhancements with minimal disruption.
