Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Databricks (Python, PySpark, Delta Lake).
- Experience with Azure Services including Azure SQL and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Strong SQL and data troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub.
- Proficiency with Jira for incident and backlog tracking.
- Experience with Confluence for documentation and knowledge management.
- Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Databricks Certified Associate or Professional certification preferred.
- Experience with PowerShell and Bash scripting.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality fixes and timely resolution of incidents within defined SLAs.
- Provide support during major P1/P2 incidents to ensure service restoration.
- Support deployments across environments and validate post-release stability.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and drive permanent fixes.
- Maintain runbooks, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering teams for technical issue resolution.
- Handle service requests and enhancements with minimal disruption.
