Requirements

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience resolving complex employee relations issues in a high speed, high growth environment.
  • Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines: compensation, organizational learning & development, diversity & inclusion, performance management, and employment law.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organization development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data analytics to influence strategic decisions.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, specifically BambooHR.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, and Data Analytic software.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience supporting global teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to provide consultative, proactive support regarding people-related strategy, performance accountability, and retention.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Operations to develop and implement scalable HR solutions.
  • Develop and facilitate training programs and learning experiences aligned with company strategy.
  • Support workforce planning, budgeting cycles, and stakeholder capability mapping.
  • Analyze organizational metrics and employee engagement data to provide insights and actionable coaching to leaders.
  • Execute transactional HR processes including hiring, compensation, promotions, and performance management.
  • Diagnose and resolve talent and organizational issues while managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Provide advice on international employment law and coordinate with legal advisors on international ER issues.
