Requirements
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience resolving complex employee relations issues in a high speed, high growth environment.
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines: compensation, organizational learning & development, diversity & inclusion, performance management, and employment law.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organization development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to use data analytics to influence strategic decisions.
- Experience with HRIS systems, specifically BambooHR.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, and Data Analytic software.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience supporting global teams is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to provide consultative, proactive support regarding people-related strategy, performance accountability, and retention.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Operations to develop and implement scalable HR solutions.
- Develop and facilitate training programs and learning experiences aligned with company strategy.
- Support workforce planning, budgeting cycles, and stakeholder capability mapping.
- Analyze organizational metrics and employee engagement data to provide insights and actionable coaching to leaders.
- Execute transactional HR processes including hiring, compensation, promotions, and performance management.
- Diagnose and resolve talent and organizational issues while managing complex employee relations cases.
- Provide advice on international employment law and coordinate with legal advisors on international ER issues.
