Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or professional services environment.
- Proven credibility with PE sponsors and portfolio CFOs.
- Experience shaping and selling data-led consulting work.
- Strong commercial judgment, including experience in pricing for value and proposal writing.
- Proven ability to lead multi-project portfolios and foster cross-practice collaboration.
- Experience leading distributed, high-performing hybrid teams.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor senior staff.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across Europe to work with clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring project outcomes align with strategic goals.
- Support go-to-market activities across European PE sponsors and portfolio CFOs to identify new opportunities.
- Partner with MDs and international managers to shape proposals and determine pricing.
- Integrate data and analytics into broader financial strategy and transformation work.
- Set delivery standards for a UK-India hybrid team, managing blockers and resolving issues.
- Guide steering committee narratives to ensure sponsor confidence and maintain project momentum.
- Develop the team through mentoring senior individual contributors and assisting with hiring plans.
- Amplify project wins through case studies and marketing initiatives.
