- Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and be self-motivated.
- A passion for research as well as strong in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills.
- Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to make formal and informal presentations to staff and clients.
- Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals.
- Prior track record of achievement in positions with significant accountability.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, events, and target campaigns).
- Research heavily into accounts to maximize the value of outreach.
- Qualify inbound leads and guide early-stage discovery conversations.
- Educate prospects on the value of Imply Lumi use cases.
- Partner with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities and support deal progression.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to refine messaging and campaign targeting.
- Maintain accurate activity & pipeline tracking in SFDC.
- Continuously learn about the product, the landscape and SaaS industry trends.
