Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Systems Engineering role, or 3-4 years in IT Support with progression into advanced infrastructure and/or device management
- Experience managing Mac, Windows, and Linux environments
- Scripting experience with Python or PowerShell
- Experience building API integrations for automation projects
- Intermediate proficiency administering Jamf, Workspace ONE, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, and Atlassian (or equivalent)
- Familiarity with enterprise security practices and endpoint protection
- Understanding of disaster recovery principles and business continuity planning
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with AI tools for scripting, troubleshooting, or automation workflows
- Clear communication and collaborative approach
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with IT Support, Security, and Engineering to integrate and optimize internal systems
- Mentor and guide the IT team on complex infrastructure and systems issues
- Design and configure scalable, secure infrastructure across on-premises and cloud-based environments
- Administer and maintain enterprise systems, servers, and user environments
- Monitor system health, performance, and resolve technical issues
- Manage identity and access control systems, including SSO and MFA configurations
- Develop and maintain scripts and tools to automate workflows via APIs
- Support infrastructure automation and CI/CD practices for internal tools
- Implement and test backup and disaster recovery strategies
- Participate in the team’s on-call schedule for incident response
