Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in DevSecOps, cloud engineering, or systems architecture roles
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud architecture and infrastructure design
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and container orchestration platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with integrated security controls
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Ansible
- Linux/Unix administration experience
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools and cloud AI services such as AWS Bedrock or similar
- Active Security+ certification
- Understanding of compliance frameworks (NIST, FedRAMP)
- Proven leadership ability to mentor engineers and guide technical decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable, elegant engineering solutions
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and stakeholder collaboration
Responsibilities
- Architecting and scaling secure CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automated deployment workflows
- Designing and managing AWS and Kubernetes-based cloud environments with a focus on security, reliability, and scalability
- Partnering with development teams to integrate security tooling into automated delivery pipelines
- Establishing DevSecOps best practices, standards, and governance frameworks across engineering teams
- Optimizing containerized environments using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and secure build systems
- Driving infrastructure cost optimization, performance tuning, and system reliability improvements
- Leveraging Generative AI tools to accelerate automation, scripting, and infrastructure development
- Mentoring engineers and promoting DevSecOps culture across teams and projects
- Producing and maintaining technical documentation, architecture guidelines, and operational procedures
- Ensuring compliance with security standards, identity controls, and regulatory frameworks such as NIST and FedRAMP
