Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or a similar environment.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct customer discovery and translate insights into clear product requirements.
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort using data to inform decisions.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering and Design teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and competing stakeholder priorities.
Responsibilities
- Translate feature requests into clear problem statements through structured conversations, research, and analysis.
- Become the product expert for assigned product areas by understanding workflows, user behavior, technical considerations, and business impact.
- Build and maintain focus-area roadmaps, prioritizing work based on user value, company strategy, and measurable outcomes.
- Work closely with Engineering and Design from concept through requirements, build, launch, and iteration.
- Lead productive stakeholder discussions and ensure decisions are documented and aligned across teams.
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales to identify patterns across client feedback.
