Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience building applications using front-end (React, Angular) or back-end (Node.js, Springboot) frameworks.
- Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
- Mastery of agentic coding operating models and advanced development tools.
- Effective experience leveraging Model Context Protocol (MCP) and LLMs to accelerate development.
- Exceptional ability to navigate intense ambiguity and solve complex problems independently.
- Strong communication and mentorship skills for high-bandwidth technical discussions.
- Collaborative mindset suited for cross-functional environments.
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and own end-to-end implementation of prototypes and production-ready solutions.
- Drive the technical direction and collaborate with teams to experiment with and integrate AI, machine learning, and frontier technologies.
- Establish governance for code reviews and pioneer improvements to engineering standards.
- Mentor peers to elevate code quality and engineering practices.
- Articulate complex technical concepts and project velocity to executive stakeholders.
- Navigate ambiguity and rapidly pivot technical strategies based on market dynamics and user feedback.
