Requirements

Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
Active state license in dietetics/nutrition in at least one state (multiple states preferred).
Availability of at least 10 hours per week.
16GB of system memory.
Operating System: Mac OS 26.0 or higher or Windows 11 (Chrome OS not supported).
Ability to navigate digital tools and embrace evolving workflows.
Strong foundation in counseling and motivational interviewing.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

Practice evidence-based, member-centered care free of bias.
Review intake information and medical history during video visits to provide personalized recommendations.
Build ongoing relationships through regular MNT follow-ups to support member progress and goal achievement.
Utilize counseling techniques and motivational interviewing to support sustainable habit building.
Communicate effectively and engage with the team via Slack daily.
Complete all member visits, submit accurate billing and charting notes, and attend monthly meetings.
