Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or account management.
  • Understanding of cyber risk management or risk management frameworks.
  • Proven ability to support and build customer relationships in a scalable manner.
  • Availability to work during Eastern Time or Pacific Time.
  • Highly organized with the ability to document new processes and update existing documentation.
  • High level of proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate as a team player.
  • Curious and willing to learn.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce (preferred).
  • Experience with Customer Success tools such as ChurnZero or GainSight (preferred).
  • Basic or working knowledge of APIs (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and manage UpGuard customers to ensure they understand how best to use the platform effectively.
  • Provide resources including success plans, customer-specific training sessions, and regular check-in calls.
  • Engage customers early and frequently to drive initial and ongoing platform adoption.
  • Advocate for the customer by providing updates to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams regarding insights and expansion opportunities.
  • Translate customer requirements into tailored solutions based on risk management frameworks.
  • Monitor customer health and intervene with proactive education.
