Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or account management.
- Understanding of cyber risk management or risk management frameworks.
- Proven ability to support and build customer relationships in a scalable manner.
- Availability to work during Eastern Time or Pacific Time.
- Highly organized with the ability to document new processes and update existing documentation.
- High level of proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate as a team player.
- Curious and willing to learn.
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce (preferred).
- Experience with Customer Success tools such as ChurnZero or GainSight (preferred).
- Basic or working knowledge of APIs (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Onboard and manage UpGuard customers to ensure they understand how best to use the platform effectively.
- Provide resources including success plans, customer-specific training sessions, and regular check-in calls.
- Engage customers early and frequently to drive initial and ongoing platform adoption.
- Advocate for the customer by providing updates to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams regarding insights and expansion opportunities.
- Translate customer requirements into tailored solutions based on risk management frameworks.
- Monitor customer health and intervene with proactive education.
