Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a researcher or engineer.
- Strong technical proficiency in programming.
- Ability to understand large and complex systems and architectures.
- Demonstrated experience building Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Openness and willingness to experiment and learn new technologies.
- Independence and proactive attitude with the ability to act without excessive supervision.
- Goal-oriented mindset and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience with Python, Java, Scala, or TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Familiarity with ML-related libraries such as PyTorch, NumPy, or Pandas.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and experiment with new technologies in the ad tech domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the potential for system integration.
- Build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and prototypes to evaluate the effectiveness and utility of new solutions.
- Assess new privacy mechanisms, such as Privacy Sandbox APIs, by testing and suggesting improvements.
- Explore and prototype solutions for Android and iOS to improve mobile performance.
- Share knowledge and collaborate with external organizations, including browser vendors and W3C.
