Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a track record in process mapping and requirements analysis.
- Strong ability to document, model, and stress test low-level processes.
- Experience facilitating workshops and driving outcomes with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to challenge and prioritise requirements.
- Proficiency with process modelling and BA tooling such as BPMN, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Self-starting and driven personality with the ability to lead conversations.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and periodic team gatherings (estimated 0-15% travel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in retail or complex enterprise environments (nice to have).
- Exposure to working with engineering teams in an agile delivery context (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Embed within client teams to work closely with business, product, and engineering stakeholders.
- Map and document end-to-end business processes in detail.
- Perform gap analysis between legacy and modern systems.
- Facilitate workshops and drive outcomes with mixed seniority groups.
- Challenge, align, and prioritise requirements across business and technical domains.
- Manage requirements documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
