Requirements
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 2 years of experience supporting operating executives at a companywide level, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of such experience.
- Experience with financial planning frameworks and processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Advanced financial modeling proficiency.
- Strong accounting capabilities, with an understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow impacts.
- Proven track record of teaching and mentoring analysts.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new analytical tools and skill sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide value to all levels of management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the annual budget and monthly forecast process, including revenue, expenses, ARR, billings, and cash flow.
- Perform monthly financial and operational variance analysis to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Partner with Executive Leadership to align financial performance with company strategy and goals.
- Identify financial trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare presentations for Executive Leadership and the Board of Directors.
- Plan and implement ad hoc analysis and financial models to support business decision-making.
- Develop a deep understanding of global business operations and markets.
- Lead and mentor analysts within the finance team.
