Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in technical project or program management.
  • Relevant post-secondary qualification or substantial equivalent experience.
  • Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince 2, PMI, APM).
  • Knowledge of ERP processes and experience with ERP implementations.
  • Understanding of software engineering principles and the development lifecycle.
  • Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and scope management.
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, with potential for higher travel in specific circumstances.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients and the implementation team.
  • Define and manage project scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Develop Work Breakdown Structures and initial project plans.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide status reports and dashboards.
  • Provide corrective action to keep projects on track.
  • Act as a conduit between customers and technical teams.
  • Manage billable work, work orders, and change requests.
  • Provide functional consultancy support during requirements definition, design, configuration, and testing.
