Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in technical project or program management.
- Relevant post-secondary qualification or substantial equivalent experience.
- Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince 2, PMI, APM).
- Knowledge of ERP processes and experience with ERP implementations.
- Understanding of software engineering principles and the development lifecycle.
- Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and scope management.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, with potential for higher travel in specific circumstances.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients and the implementation team.
- Define and manage project scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop Work Breakdown Structures and initial project plans.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide status reports and dashboards.
- Provide corrective action to keep projects on track.
- Act as a conduit between customers and technical teams.
- Manage billable work, work orders, and change requests.
- Provide functional consultancy support during requirements definition, design, configuration, and testing.
