Requirements

  • Experience in document production or proofreading, preferably in legal, banking, or corporate environments.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of legal timekeeping or job tracking systems is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential documents.
  • Proven customer service skills to maintain and enhance client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely and accurate document production at an intermediate to advanced level.
  • Intake work requests from clients, clarifying job instructions and negotiating deadlines.
  • Prioritize work requests across the team and balance multiple projects based on established guidelines.
  • Act as a definitive resource for questions regarding document production, proofreading, and quality assurance.
  • Identify and correct errors in complex business documents to ensure quality.
