Responsibilities
- Respond to telephone or email customer inquiries, requests, and problems.
- Research and resolve problems related to fraud support and internet operations.
- Gain thorough knowledge of bank products, services, rates, terms, fees, and procedures.
- Act as a liaison between customers and various internal departments to resolve complex issues.
- Navigate multiple computer systems and applications to find information.
