Requirements

- Full English fluency.
- BS in Actuarial science, data science, mathematics, statistics or related field.
- Fellowship designation from a recognized actuarial organization (e.g., FCAS or equivalent).
- Insurance and pricing experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages including Python, SQL, and R.
- Experience with data visualization tools.
- Strong skills in predictive analysis, modeling, and analytical reasoning.
- Ability to lead in ambiguous environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for nontechnical audiences.
- Strong technical aptitude.
Responsibilities
- Direct the development and implementation of advanced modeling techniques to optimize finance strategies.
- Lead technical analysis of market intelligence, predictive modelling, and pricing assumptions.
- Establish analytics philosophies that align with financial objectives and measure progress toward targets.
