Job Details

Experience: 3–5+ years in product management

3–5+ years in product management, with significant time in healthcare technology, SaaS, or B2B platforms.
Hands-on coding ability: experience shipping production code using Python/JS and AI coding tools.
Strong product-data skills, specifically querying data using SQL and defining usage metrics.
Healthcare domain expertise: prior authorization, pharmacy workflows, and clinical case management.
Experience with AI/ML products, including prompt engineering, evals, confidence scoring, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
Familiarity with healthcare compliance (HIPAA) and data standards (FHIR, HL7 v2, CDA).
Understanding of EMR integration strategies, such as Epic SMART on FHIR.
Ability to work in agile environments within regulated industries.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Shape and execute the product vision for the PriorAuth AI-powered case management platform.
Ship production code alongside engineering, including building features and supporting experiments.
Conduct hands-on data analysis, including SQL-querying, to define metrics and report on usage.
Translate clinical workflows—such as prior authorization forms and medical necessity letters—into agentic AI experiences.
Partner with AI and data science teams to define confidence thresholds, error handling, and clinical decision-support requirements.
Navigate complex healthcare data exchange standards, including FHIR, TEFCA, and QHIN landscapes.
Ensure the product remains clinically safe and compliant with HIPAA regulations.
