- Experience
- 3+ years of experience providing primary care; 2+ years of clinical practice post-residency; 2+ years of experience practicing functional medicine.
Requirements
- Active MD or DO license.
- Active license in at least one of these states: AZ, TX, FL, HI, OR, NM, ME, CT, DE, or CO.
- Board certification in internal medicine, family medicine, obstetrics/gynecology, rheumatology, endocrinology, or related primary care fields.
- 3+ years of experience providing primary care in-person or via telemedicine.
- 2+ years of clinical practice post-residency.
- 2+ years of experience practicing functional medicine.
- Completion or ongoing training in functional or integrative medicine.
- Tech-savvy with ability to thrive in a high-tech environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to at least 8 hours of availability per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide availability for virtual member visits and administrative tasks for at least 8 hours per week.
- Deliver personalized patient care via the company's telemedicine platform.
- Partner with a care team including a Health Coach to improve patient outcomes.
- Resolve patient inquiries and requests.
- Complete online charts in an accurate and timely manner.
- Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
