Responsibilities
- Own Intercom as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for customer support.
- Manage and improve the FinAI chatbot and Help Center to increase self-service.
- Run weekly analysis on outcome-driven metrics like response times, CSAT, and chatbot resolution rates.
- Serve as the enablement hub across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate upcoming releases into clear enablement materials.
- Join customer video calls when required.
